MEET TAMMY
Tammy has served in leadership roles for almost three decades, discovering early on a passion for partnering with visionary leaders to bring ideas to life. She has led both large- and small-scale mission-driven events, developed multi-month campaigns, and designed multi-year training programs that equip and empower teams.

In every role, Tammy focuses on simplifying systems, building healthy team culture, and leaving each team, department, or organization stronger than she found it. Her goal is the same as yours: to help your organization work better than ever before.
My Story
​
When I was 12 years old, kids were running around our small church because no kids' program was available. I contacted the pastor, offered to help, and established a kids' church class for ages 3-12, with a lesson and a snack (and a lot of playtime) supervised by twelve-year-old me.

As they say, this was just the beginning.
​Over the years, I've gained the trust of leaders and entrepreneurs from organizations of all sizes, including as a director on multiple boards. I've created team workflows, led website and app development projects, orchestrated events for over 4,000 people, partnered in major organizational restructuring, and worked with million-dollar budgets.
My passion, every time, is to see that leader's vision come to pass. Simply said, I want to make things work better. And I'd love to do that for you.
