Ty reached out with a vision: a membership class designed to help people connect meaningfully with his church and engage through clearly defined pathways. While the concept was compelling, the pathways themselves had yet to be fully developed.
Over the course of three months, Tammy partnered with Ty and his leadership team to define clear goals for members through these pathways and to design a class that would set them up for success.
