Terry reached out with a vision: a membership class designed to help people connect meaningfully with his organization and engage through clearly defined pathways. While the concept was compelling, the pathways themselves had yet to be fully developed.
Over the course of three months, Tammy partnered with Terry and his leadership team to define clear goals for members through these pathways and to design a class that would set them up for success. She delivered operational standards for how the Pathways function, SOPs for the membership class, instructor outlines, student materials, and several additional resources—ensuring the program could be implemented smoothly and sustained as an ongoing part of the organization’s process.
